Leon's role as Facilities and Asset Manager is to manage the effective day to day operations of commercial investments to help maximise investor cash flow. He also prepares and manage annual property budget's, arrange prompt repairs and maintenance for the best possible price. Provide various management reports such as arrears, tenancy schedule and inspection reports as required throughout the month.

Leon Holderhead: With the ability to have an inspection report created instantly whilst on site, and then have the capability to immediately email that report to a Landlord or colleague is paramount to how we want to run our inspection system more efficiently.
