Property Inspection Manager: How long have you been using PIM?

Lenny Abdullah: We're relatively new to PIM as our need was to find an app to help underpin our inspection business for generating our Pre-Purchase Inspection Reports. It's around 8 months since we started the conversation with the PIM team.

Lenny Abdullah: We are based in the Pilbara, and saw a growing need for local real estate agents and property investors to outsource or engage with professional inspection companies to conduct and report on buildings. We needed an app to help us create a process to help us in the field, and of course make the process efficient. We also needed an app that could be tailored to help us with a number of different inspection types; pre-purchase inspections, property condition reports and others. PIM has helped us build our inspection business and gives us a platform to grow and diversify.

Lenny Abdullah: PIM is simple and straightforward to use and is very reliable. Capturing the right information in a consistent way is paramount to us, and then being able to produce a finished report from the app with a click of a button is amazing. The ability to develop a truly customised report template is for us the standout, in fact several different report templates for us to use.

Lenny Abdullah: People are important, and the PIM team has worked with us to achieve what we need and continues to help us as our Inspection business matures and our needs grow. It's also been very good value for money, which is also important as a start up business.
